Questions about Naked Wines codes

Does Naked Wines have a first order discount?

Yes. New members get $100 off the first case they order, and starter cases are shown at $89.99 instead of $189.99 with the intro offer.

Do I have to order wine every month?

No. Naked Wines never sends wine automatically. Angels add $40 a month in credit and spend it when they want, and can pause or cancel in account settings.

How much is shipping at Naked Wines?

Shipping is included on mainland US orders of $200 or more of your own money; voucher spend does not count. Alaska and Hawaii have fixed prices of $130 and $70 per package.

Which states does Naked Wines ship to?

Most states. It cannot ship to Delaware, New Jersey, Rhode Island or Utah, or to some dry areas, and an adult 21 or older must sign for delivery.

Do Naked Wines vouchers have a minimum spend?

Usually. Vouchers state the amount off and often a minimum spend or bottle count, such as 6, 9, 12 or 15 bottles, and some states cannot accept vouchers.

What if I don't like a wine?

Rate it with a thumbs down or contact customer service, and Naked Wines adds credit to your account to try something else. The same applies to corked or damaged bottles.
