Medify Air Returns and Shipping Policy
Medify Air will gladly accept returns if you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order. Medify requesting that the goods be returned to us in their original packaging and in good condition.
Please email us at [email protected] with the order number, date of purchase and the email address used for the order. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
All orders are processed within 1-3 days after they reach Medify Air. Currently, Medify offers shipping within the US Continent ONLY.
