Questions about Big Lots codes

Can I shop at Big Lots online?

No. Big Lots says it currently offers in-store shopping only, and store inventory is not shown online.

Are Big Lots stores still open?

Yes. Variety Wholesalers bought Big Lots after its 2024 bankruptcy and has reopened more than 200 stores. Use the store locator on biglots.com to find one near you.

Do Big Lots promo codes still work?

Codes listed for the old online store cannot be used, because biglots.com has no checkout. Savings now come from the weekly ad and in-store closeout prices.

Does Big Lots have a rewards program?

No. The old Big Rewards program is gone; Big Lots says it does not offer a rewards program at this time. Email and text sign-ups give early access to deals.

What is the Big Lots return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Furniture must come back within 14 days in original condition, and mattress sales are final.

Does Big Lots deliver furniture?

Many stores offer third-party delivery for in-store purchases. The delivery company sets the price and schedules the delivery.
