Return
New, unused bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery (after deducting our shipping label cost) for a full refund of the original purchase price. All other new, unused items (not bikes) may be returned within 90 days of delivery (after deducting our shipping label cost) for a full refund of the original purchase price. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, tags attached and all accessories and documentation included.

FedEx will not deliver to the P.O. Boxes. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be shipped to a physical address in states below 48 (NO P.O. Boxes)

Orders under 5lb shipping weight and under $200 can be shipped via USPS, we reserve the right to use FedEx or USPS. Items shipped via USPS cannot be rerouted once shipped, so please double check the shipping address entered at checkout.
