Woom Bikes Return and Shipping Policy
If you purchase an item from Woom Bikes and it doesn't meet your expectations (too big, too small, etc.), you can return the item within 30 days and within the USA Woom Bikes will pay for return shipping, no questions asked. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the shipment.
Woom Bikes has updated their bike shipping rates and no longer charges a flat rate for all bike orders. Fees vary depending on your state. Please review shipping costs.
