About Waitrose & Partners
Waitrose and Partners UK are known for their decision to refuse to sell caged chickens. They made this decision in 2001 and have been behind it ever since. The company tries to offer the best quality food products to its customers by refusing to sell the products it deems unsatisfactory. Over the last 20 years Waitrose and Partners UK have selected only the best food and household goods to sell in their stores and continue to do so. At Waitrose, higher standards of animal welfare, environmental responsibility and the well-being of the communities in which we operate go hand in hand with good business.
Waitrose and Partners Free Delivery and Returns Policy
People who order online via the website and request a shopping delivery of £60 or more will receive their products free of charge. If you know you won't be spending more than £60, you can request your delivery via Waitrose and Partners UK's Express Delivery service. If you choose this option, you will have a flat delivery fee of £5, but you will receive your items in 2 hours or less.
If you decide you need to return an item, the item can be returned directly to your delivery driver. They will then process the return at the store and you should email you an outline of the items returned and your expected refund total. If you need to return an item after your driver has left, items you purchase are eligible for a refund within 35 days of receiving the item. Products must be in their original packaging.
