SKIMS Returns and Shipping Policy
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns from multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. Returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping fee will be waived on store credit returns.
Eligible domestic returns can also be returned in the form of store credit on a SKIMS gift card, with no return shipping charges.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. You have to wear underwear when you try the product you bought for the first time. You have the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. Please review the return conditions as there may be changes in the return conditions.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75 in the US.
