Riley Shipping and Returns Policy
Riley currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please review the site for other shipping policies and fees.
If you decide that your new Riley product is not right for you, we will gladly accept returns within 60 days of purchase if in original packaging, new or carefully used condition. Returns will be refunded using the original payment method. To be eligible for a refund, you must mail your items for return within 60 days of receipt.
Items purchased as part of a set can be returned individually, but individual items purchased as part of a bundle cannot be returned.
