Yes, once your order reaches the free shipping amount for your region. Photobook then pays up to $10 of Economy shipping, and you pay any amount above that.

Can I return a Photobook order?

Not for a change of mind, because every product is personalized and made to order. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email support within 30 days of delivery for a repair, replacement or store credit.

What is Photobook Club?

It is Photobook's loyalty program. Members get 6% to 12% back in store credit on purchases, depending on their tier.

Can I pay with store credit or a gift card?

Yes. Store credit and gift card balances can be applied at checkout, and you can pay the rest with another method.

Photobook US shipping, returns and payment
