Questions about ModCloth codes

Can I use more than one ModCloth promo code?

No. ModCloth accepts one discount per order, so a code and ModSquad points cannot be used on the same purchase.

Does ModCloth have a first order discount?

Yes. The site shows a code for 10% off your first order, and email or SMS subscribers get offers by message. Gunne Sax for ModCloth items are excluded from codes.

Does ModCloth offer free shipping?

Standard ground shipping is free on eligible orders of $150 or more to the contiguous US and $12.95 below that. A promotion through November 3, 2026 lowers the threshold to $75 on select brands.

What is ModCloth's return policy?

Open a return in the Loop portal within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags. A $14 processing fee is deducted unless you bought Checkout+, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Do ModCloth promo codes work on Gunne Sax?

Usually not. Gunne Sax for ModCloth products are excluded from coupon, referral and reward codes unless a promotion's written terms say otherwise.

Does ModCloth ship internationally?

Yes. International rates are calculated at checkout and duties may apply; shipments to some Middle East destinations are paused.
