Questions about Bemz codes

How long does a Bemz order take to arrive?

Covers are made to order and ship about 3-4 weeks after you order. Fabric samples are packed within 24 hours and arrive in 3-5 working days.

How much is shipping from Bemz to the US?

DHL shipping costs $20, and orders over $399 ship free. Bemz prepays US import fees and tariffs, so nothing is due on arrival.

Can I return a Bemz cover?

Yes, within 14 working days of receiving it. A $60 return fee ($20 for orders under $150) is deducted from the refund; fabric by the meter and made-to-measure curtains cannot be returned.

Does Bemz offer discount codes?

Occasionally. Bemz sends codes and VIP sale news to newsletter subscribers, and only one code works per order.

Do Bemz codes work on Outlet items?

Coupon sites report that discount codes do not apply to Outlet covers, which are already reduced by up to 70%.
