Questions about StockX codes

Does StockX accept returns?

Only for some items. US buyers can return Verified Marketplace items labeled "14 Day Return" within 14 days of delivery and get StockX Credit, not a refund to the card. Listings and Live Marketplace purchases are not eligible.

Does a StockX promo code cover fees and shipping?

Usually not. Codes come off the item price; processing fees, shipping and sales tax are still added at checkout.

Can I use a StockX promo code on a bid?

Yes, when you place a new bid. You cannot add a code to a bid that is already active.

How much is shipping on StockX?

There is no fixed amount. StockX calculates it from carrier rates and the order, and shows the full cost before you buy or submit an offer.

Can I pay for StockX in installments?

Yes. In the US you can use PayPal Pay Later, Affirm, Cash App Afterpay or Klarna.
