Barbeques Galore Shipping and Returns Policy
All core items are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Shipping times are calculated based on shipping date, not order date. Home delivery is available for an additional fee for all in-store and online purchases. Free shipping is offered as a special web promotion on select products.
Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return unused items purchased from the webshop. Customers wishing to return products must have an approved Product Return Authorization (RMA) from Barbeques Galore before returning any product.
