Questions about Smalls codes

How much is the Smalls first box discount?

Smalls currently advertises 50% off the first box plus free treats for life when you build a plan through its quiz. Some sign-up offers reach 60% off with email and text sign-up.

Does Smalls offer free shipping?

The sampler ships free. After that, only the smallest subscription plan (14 packets per order) has a $15 shipping fee; larger plans ship free. Smalls Mart orders under $50 have a $10 shipping fee.

Can I return Smalls cat food?

No. Smalls does not accept returns. If your cat does not like the sampler food, the money-back guarantee refunds the fresh food portion if you email within 30 days of delivery.

Does Smalls ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No. Smalls ships only within the continental US because the food travels on dry ice. It also does not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.

Can I combine a referral credit with a promo code at Smalls?

No. Smalls says referral credits cannot be combined with any other promotion.
