Questions about SkyScanner codes

Does Skyscanner have promo codes?

Skyscanner is a search engine, so it rarely issues its own codes. Most flight and hotel codes come from airlines and travel agencies and are entered at their checkout after you leave Skyscanner. PickedBox lists two codes that have not been confirmed at checkout.

Do I pay Skyscanner when I book?

No. You find the fare on Skyscanner and book and pay on the airline's or travel provider's site, where you can also add loyalty numbers and seat choices.

How do Skyscanner Price Alerts work?

Save a search and Skyscanner emails you or sends an app notification when the price changes. You can turn alerts off from any alert email or in the app.

What is the Everywhere search?

Put your home airport in the From field and choose Everywhere as the destination. Skyscanner lists the cheapest places to fly for your dates or month.

Who handles refunds and cancellations?

The airline, hotel or travel agency you booked with. Skyscanner does not process the booking, so changes and refunds go through that provider.
