Naadam travels to the best source of cashmere in the world, the Gobi Desert of Mongolia, and works directly with shepherds to bring you and you high caliber, supportable and incredibly precise knitwear at reasonable costs for you. Naadam was founded in 2013 by two school friends Matthew Scanlan and Diederik Rijsemus. These two comrades set out to the remote areas of the Mongolian Gobi Desert to understand how the usual cashmere vendors and middlemen tried to allocate cash. Scanlan and Rijsemus recognized the neighborhood herders and dismissed their agents. Naadam had the option to sell high-quality clothing cheaper, reducing commuting costs. Naadam's main goal is to take advantage of sustainable and ethical strategic approaches for all.
