No. At-home kits cannot be refunded once shipped, but Everlywell sends a replacement for a lost, wrong or damaged kit. In-person tests can be canceled within 60 days for a $20 fee before sample collection.

What if I forgot to use my promo code?

Contact Everlywell customer support: you can get the discount refunded up to 24 hours after the promotion window closes.

Can I pay for Everlywell with HSA or FSA?

Everlywell says purchases may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Check with your benefits coordinator about the documentation you need.

Everlywell shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: Shipping to you and return shipping to the lab are included in the price. Kits usually leave within 2-3 business days and arrive 2-8 business days after shipping, or 1-2 business days with expedited shipping. Checked October 28, 2026.
