Questions about David's Bridal codes

Can I use more than one promo code at David's Bridal?

No. David's Bridal allows one promo code per item per order, and a dollar-off code cannot be combined with a free shipping code.

Does David's Bridal offer free shipping?

Diamond Loyalty members get free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more in the contiguous US. Other orders pay $10 to $15 for standard shipping, and Alaska and Hawaii pay $25.

What is the David's Bridal return policy?

Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with tags and receipt. Bridal gowns of $1,500 or more are exchange only, restocking fees apply to dresses, and a prepaid return label costs $14.99.

Is the Diamond Loyalty Program free?

Yes. It is free for US shoppers and gives an extra 5% off almost everything plus free shipping on $99+ orders.

Does David's Bridal offer payment plans?

Yes. You can pay over time with Sezzle in stores and online, or use Pearl Pay As You Go layaway in stores with a 25% deposit.

Can I still use an old David's Bridal gift card?

Gift cards and store credits issued before December 1, 2023 were canceled and have no value. Cards issued on or after December 4, 2023 work in US stores.
