Yes. Charter, the company behind Spectrum, closed its purchase of Cox in August 2026. cox.com now sells Spectrum plans, and existing Cox customers keep their current service, plan and price for now.

Yes. Cox says existing promotions, discounts and contract terms are honored under your current agreement, and you will be told in advance about any change.

Does Cox have promo codes?

Rarely. Savings come from new-customer plan pricing, bundles and the free mobile line offer, which apply without a code. We found no code with a recent confirmed success.
