Carrot-Top ships with UPS and FedEx. Standard items are usually shipped via Standard Ground Freight. They also offer 2 Day and Next Day Air shipping. Very large items can be shipped with motorized freight, which takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return or exchange the product within the first 6 months. This does not apply to custom made products.
